Water covers 72% of our planet…and it’s rising. Water is essential to all aspects of our lives. We swim in it, we bathe in it, it sustains us. When it freezes we play on it, and we build vessels to sail through it. We travel far and wide to see the creatures that live beneath it and we fight hard to save the beauty that is within it.

72&Rising is an independently produced magazine that is unique in its concept.  Available internationally in digital (print and ipad versions coming soon) format, this publication is produced by volunteers who are experts in their field.  This exciting new magazine covers all things water-related and whether you are interested in conservation, science, art, photography, water activities, travel and adventure, you will find something that piques your interest within these pages.

Each quarterly issue will bring to you the latest in marine and aquatic research, inform and involve you in critical conservation issues, showcase inspiring photographers and take you on a journey around the globe with our roving contributors.
